Cancellation Policy
At Taysian Spa, we strive to provide our guests with the utmost relaxation and rejuvenating experience. In order to ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, we have implemented a company policy that requires all guests to provide a $50 deposit in order to receive confirmation of their booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment and serves as a guarantee for their reservation. This deposit is also transferable to your next treatment, giving our guests the flexibility to reschedule if needed. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, resulting in a late arrival for your scheduled treatment. In order to accommodate our guests, we allow a 15-minute grace period. However, any arrival later than this will result in an automatic cancellation of the booking (Please read cancellation policy). We ask that all guests please arrive on time to ensure that they receive the full allotted time for their treatment. Lastly, we would like to remind our guests that different treatments may require different amounts of time. While we do our best to provide accurate time estimates, some treatments may run longer than the stated times, especially if there are any additional services added. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations. By booking with Taysian Spa, the guest agrees to comply with all our policies and procedures. We strive to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests and ask for your cooperation in maintaining a respectful atmosphere. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies or who exhibits inappropriate behavior. Cancellations & No Shows: There is a 50% of the service fee charge for ''No Shows''. Clients can cancel up to 48 hours before their appointment, their deposit will be turned into a voucher for use on future appointments and reschedule up to 24 hours before this ensures the therapist's time is respected and that time slot can be given to someone else in a reasonable time.
