Is Parking available? Free onsite parking is provided within steps of the entrance.

How many people can attend a treatment? As Denver’s only authentic Japanese Head Spa, we stick to the traditional 1-1 nature and can accommodate two guest at the same time, We can accommodate larger groups with them arriving in stages to ensure a smooth transition between appointments. This also allows our specialists time to safely reset the rooms & equipment.

What type of products are used? We use organic and vegan products from Japan & Korea (ingredient list can be disclosed at any time), all allergies should be disclosed on our pre treatment screening.

What should I do to my hair before a treatment? Our head spa treatments will aim to thoroughly clean, restore or rejuvinate your hair and scalp so book in-between/before any hair colouring or styling as colour fading will happen. It's best to arrive with an unwashed detangled hair & scalp.

Do you offer Gift-cards? We have a range of E-Giftcards available, they are valid for four years and non-refundable. Your unique code will be sent via E-mail and the total will be deducted from the receivers treatment once entered at checkout. The system will also ask for a ''CC'' to be placed on file, only to be charged in the event of a ''no-show'' or ''last minute cancellation'.

Can you treat all hair types? Absoloutley! All hair textures are welcomed including those with curls, as a curly myself I can attest to this. We unfortunately can't accomodate those with hair extentions as this increases the difficulty of getting down to your scalp freely will be greatly impacted.

What should I do when I arrive? Kindly text our Spa number to notify us of your arrival. Arrive close to your appointment start time.
